  Stranger is a noun used to describe a person whom one does not know or with whom one is not familiar.
  For example: A stranger is only someone you haven't met yet.
  ♦ !Note - The adjective "strange" becomes "stranger" in the comparative form, as in "Truth can be stranger than fiction".
